Our Policies

Here’s how our return and refund policies work for you.

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Jersey’s that have custom names other than a player that plays for the team

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider, but generally takes 4–7 business days.

If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted or the return may be rejected.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at footyhub.hof@gmail.com


4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
