At FootyHub, we aim to deliver your football-inspired clothing and gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we deliver orders, the associated costs, and what to expect once you’ve placed an order through our website: www.footyhub.co.za.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
All products are delivered within 15 to 20 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. This lead time allows for handling, packaging, and coordination with our courier partners.
For stock on hand, we deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary based on your location:
Major Cities & Metros: 2–4 business days
Outlying or Rural Areas: 3–6 business days
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as, extreme weather and/or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may run promotions offering free shipping for orders above a certain value. Please refer to banners or our homepage for active shipping deals.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, kindly contact us at footyhub.hof@gmail.com
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. FootyHub will not be held responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Order Issues or Delays
If your parcel is taking longer than expected or appears to be stuck in transit, please contact our support team and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
